Lead AV Installer Engineer (x2)

Responsibilities:
• Lead on-site AV installations across multiple customer environments.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on live projects.
• Read and work from drawings, scopes, and installation plans.
• Act as the on-site technical and customer-facing lead.
• Deliver high-quality installs with a strong focus on presentation and finish.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Work closely with internal teams when not on site.
• Represent the business professionally at all times.
Skills / Must Have:
• Proven AV installation experience in commercial environments.
• Strong experience delivering Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployments.
• Hands-on experience with some of the following:
– Crestron
– Extron
– Poly
– Cisco
– Lightware (or similar AV switching platforms)
• Comfortable leading subcontractors and owning delivery on site.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Reliable, energetic, and professional approach to work.
• Solid employment history with good tenure.
Nice to Have:
• Experience across multi-site or multi-customer environments.
• Exposure to projects across London and the wider South East.

Salary:
£40,000–£45,000 per annum
Location & Travel:
• Based around Reading / Farnborough / Maidenhead.
• Engineers are expected in the office when not on site.
• Around 90% of project work is in London.
• Subcontractors used for further-afield work.
