We're on the hunt for a brilliant Team Administrator to join a prestigious, friendly, and fast-paced office right in the centre of Leeds. If you're the kind of person who lives for ticking off a to-do list, thrives on variety, and enjoys being the glue that holds everything together - we'd love to have your CV.

🧩 What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into:

This is a super varied role where every day brings something new. Expect to:

Create slick, stylish presentations and bids in PowerPoint and InDesign

Keep the team on track with timesheets, expenses, forms and invoices

Plan travel regional and overseas

Organise meetings down to the last detail - rooms, catering, Zoom links, taxis, and more

Help keep things official with the occasional minute-taking and record-keeping

Whip up flawless documents, emails, and reports

Keep our electronic filing system as neat as your stationery drawer

Proofread like a hawk and keep confidential info under lock and key

Be the friendly face liaising with clients, contacts, and colleagues

Build relationships
