Major Accountabilities:
1. Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
2. Deliver total customer satisfaction from entry to exit, ensuring a positive end-to-end customer journey.
3. Help ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines.
4. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
5. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store.
6. Perform other duties as required by the management team.
