Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Senior Ecommerce Manager to own and scale our Amazon and DTC business across the region. Reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager, this strategic leadership role comes at a critical phase of expansion, with full accountability for commercial performance, brand growth, and long-term ecommerce development across EMEA. You will shape and execute the regional ecommerce vision, accelerate revenue growth, strengthen brand equity, and build high-impact partnerships to position Amazfit as a leading player across Amazon and our EU DTC ecosystem.
What the role will involve
* Strategic Ownership of Amazon & DTC in EMEA
* Own the Amazon and DTC P&L across EMEA markets.
* Define and execute the mid- and long-term ecommerce strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
* Identify expansion opportunities across marketplaces and DTC channel foundation.
* Amazon Growth & Marketplace Excellence
* Lead advanced Amazon and DTC content strategy, ensuring best-in-class content, A+ content, Brand Stores and lifecycle optimization.
* Drive sell-out acceleration through product strategy, promotional planning, aligned with global and regional guidance.
* Partner closely with Amazon Vendor Managers to develop Joint Business Plans and unlock growth levers.
* Support performance marketing strategy across AMS, DSP and new Amazon advertising formats.
* DTC Growth & Brand Awareness
* Develop and scale Amazfit’s EU DTC strategy to strengthen brand development.
* Support performance marketing strategy aligned with conversion rate optimization, CRM and customer loyalty initiatives.
* Align brand storytelling, product launches, and campaign activations across Amazon and DTC.
* Leverage DTC as a strategic channel for brand awareness development and consumer excellence.
* Revenue & Performance Acceleration
* Identify and implement scalable growth initiatives across pricing, bundling, portfolio strategy and channel mix.
* Own promotional strategy across key commercial events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Xmas) aligned with regional and country strategy.
* Continuously optimize conversion, traffic efficiency, and contribution margin.
* Forecasting, Inventory & Operational Excellence
* Lead demand planning and inventory forecasting to ensure high and fast activation numbers while maintaining health levels of stock.
* Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams on PICs, forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Ensure operational readiness for product launches and seasonal peaks T1-T2.
* Data-Driven Decision Making
* Establish clear KPIs and performance dashboards for Amazon and DTC.
* Translate complex data into strategic actions and executive-level insights.
* Drive a culture of continuous ROA optimization and e-business growth.
* Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as Head of ecommerce across EMEA, aligning with country sales, marketing, supply chain and global HQ teams.
* Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across offline channels.
* Build, mentor and develop ecommerce talent within the region.
* Manage key external partners and agencies for advertising (DSP/AMS).
Ideal Candidate profile:
* 15+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace and DTC leadership, ideally in consumer electronics, wearables, or sports technology.
* Proven track record of scaling Amazon business across multiple EU marketplaces and development of DTC brand development.
* Strong experience managing Amazon JBP 3 years planning and revenue growth.
* Demonstrated success in developing or scaling a DTC ecommerce channel.
* Deep knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central retail analytics, and advanced Amazon Ads strategy.
* Strong Amazon commercial acumen: pricing, promotions, margin management and portfolio strategy.
* Solid understanding of supply chain, Amazon supply chain models (PICS /SUPER PICS) and forecast planning.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic actions and quarterly business plans and budgets.
* Strong leadership presence and Amazon stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams.
* Startup mindset with a hands-on attitude and strong execution capability.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
