THE JOB – HVAC SERVICE MANAGER Monday – Friday / 9.00am – 5.30pm / 40 Hour Weeks. Duties in Role Leading the company’s service team under the guidance of Service Director and Operations Director Manage a team of 3 Service Coordinators and 10 Engineers Co-ordinate daily engineer activities: PPMs, remedial works and call-outs Technical support for engineers and coordinators Assist Service Coordinators with pricing of remedial works Managing F Gas compliance Maintaining & adhering to any client procedures Maintaining professional relationships with clients at all times. Enforcing & adhering to policies & procedures without exception. Enforcing & adhering to governing regulations without exception. Required Knowledge & Experience (preferable) City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Current CSCS Skill Card, CITB SSSTS or SMSTS Minimum of 10 years experience working within HVAC industry Clean full UK driving licence SALARY & PACKAGE £50,000 - £60,000 Car Allowance - £5k Potential Bonus Pension - 3% Company contribution and 5% employee. 25 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays Phone, IT Systems, Laptop etc...
