As a Specialist English Educator, your role is pivotal in customising learning to address the unique requirements of each student. Your responsibilities encompass:
* Presenting exceptional, captivating English sessions specifically adjusted for learners with varied special educational requirements.
* Modifying educational content utilising tools such as P Scales to guarantee materials are accessible and pertinent.
* Cultivating a favourable, integrated learning atmosphere that promotes student happiness and advancement.
* Partnering effectively with school personnel and the broader support network to ensure comprehensive student assistance.
* Providing individual care assistance when required.
Mandatory Criteria for Applicants
Prospective candidates must satisfy the following prerequisites:
* Possession of UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is obligatory.
* Demonstrable track record of instructing SEN pupils within a UK educational institution.
* Skill in curriculum modification (e.g., P Scales), execution of integrated teaching methods, and successful classroom organisation.
* Excellent patience, compassion, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
* Must hold an active DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be ready to promptly submit an application.
