The Role You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering clear, practical advice and ensuring clients have a positive experience at every stage. Responsibilities include:
* Managing a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, titles, and leasehold documents
* Conducting searches and providing practical, client-focused advice
* Building strong relationships with clients, referrers, agents, and lenders
* Supporting the team and supervising junior staff
* Delivering efficient, high-quality service throughout the transaction process
About You
* 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* SQE or CILEX qualified
* Strong understanding of professional integrity and client care
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Partners for Windows
* Strong analytical skills and ability to provide clear, practical advice
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
