Bus Driver Pay Rates
Drivers with Less Than 3 Years Experience (Drivers with less than 3 years London Bus experience remain on DR152 rates, even after 12 weeks)
Training from: £13.85 PAYE
PAYE: £16.78 £19.89 per hour
PAYE + Holiday Pay: £18.81 £22.29 per hour
Umbrella: £22.21 £26.33 per hour
Rates vary by weekday, weekend, overtime, and bank holidays.
Drivers with 3+ Years Experience (Higher rates apply only after 12 weeks AND with 3+ years experience)
PAYE: £19.29 £22.83 per hour
PAYE + Holiday Pay: £21.62 £25.59 per hour
Umbrella: Up to £30.22 per hour
Rates vary by weekday, weekend, overtime, and bank holidays.
