About the Role
We are seeking a qualified solicitor with NQ-3PQE experience in M&A to join our Corporate Team in the Nottingham Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy Nottingham Corporate Team working on a wide range of private equity and M&A transactions. The successful candidate will also gain exposure across our National Corporate Unit and be given the opportunity to assist the wider national team on a variety of M&A, capital markets, cross border transactions & investments, investment acquisitions, corporate structuring projects and private equity (to name a few) corporate transactions.
The team: With a team of 70 corporate lawyers nationally, we advise clients on all types of corporate activity across the UK. Our Corporate team has been recognised nationally including: Corporate Law Firm of the Year Insider Media Dealmakers Awards The Times Best Law Firms - commended for "Company & Commercial" and "Banking & Finance" (National). Qualifications
* Qualified England & Wales solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE
* Excellent commercial acumen
* Good face to face and documentary negotiation skills
