We’re looking for a Senior Service Designer to join a growing design practice within a well-established agency. You’ll be leading projects and managing a small team of mid-weight designers, with plenty of opportunity to shape the work and influence how service design is delivered.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading and owning projects across different sectors including public services, healthcare, financial services and retail
* Managing a team of mid-weight designers, supporting their growth and development
* Bringing structure and clarity to projects that are not always clearly defined upfront
* Delivering core service design activities such as service blueprints, journey mapping, research and identifying opportunities to improve end-to-end services
* Handling some light admin including timesheets and budgets to keep projects on track

What we’re looking for
* At least 5 years of dedicated service design experience
* A portfolio that clearly shows your approach, service design thinking and examples of service blueprints
* Someone confident in managing others, who enjoys both the craft and the leadership side of design
* Business-savvy mindset, able to see the bigger picture and shape outcomes for clients
2 days a week in their London office.
£65,000 - £80,000
