We are thrilled that due to the opening of our-brand new nursery, Mini Meadow within our new school site the Governors of Pens Meadow School are looking for an innovative, creative and inspiring Nursery Teacher to join our highly successful team. This is a wonderful opportunity to shape the very beginning of our children's learning journeys and create an environment filled with awe, wonder and endless possibilities.
Opening in January 2026, our nursery aims to be a caring, happy environment where pupils with complex learning needs including medical conditions and autism feel valued and supported to thrive and learn.
From January 2026, Pens Meadow will provide quality education for 140 pupils aged 4 to 19 alongside our nursery. Our staff team are committed to improvement, and we believe in high standards, teamwork and seeking the very best for every child in our care. The school was very pleased with the outcome of our most recent OfSTED inspection in May 2025.

Be able to personalise learning through quality provision and adaptive teaching.

Be enthusiastic about being part of our new nursery venture, helping to build the nursery community from the ground up.
