You will be responsible for customer retention, customer development and acquisition of new customers across defined business fields / transport modes. Furthermore, you will ensure communication and interaction between the customer and the relevant departments of the organisation, promoting products and customer care. How you create impact To generate new Export business opportunities with a clear focus on the export SME sector. Execute cold calls to potential customers from your target customer list to acquire new business as well as onboarding calls with new customers regarding fulfilment of volume and quality agreements To manage the on-boarding process in alignment with the Sales and Customer Care Manager(FS-C) To take pricing decision in alignment with Trade Create, send and follow-up on proposals and presentations to customers To prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customers To conduct presentations about our main Sea Logistics products Analyse customers needs and potential and conclude necessary steps and actions to gain business growth Profile description: What we would like you to bring Strong communication skills and proven record of sales success Knowledge of sales processes and customer retention / customer care Advanced experience as EDI and software user (e.g.MS Office, CRM System) Experience of developing sales leads Strong ability to convince and communicate We offer: What's in it for you If you would like to become a valued member of our team, we will make sure that youre rewarded for your commitment and expertise.
