Experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or senior practitioner. Strong knowledge of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding. Confident communication, organisational, and leadership skills. A calm, creative, inclusive approach with a passion for outdoor learning. What You’ll Do Lead your room’s daily practice, ensuring a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment. Deliver engaging activities aligned with EYFS and the nursery’s outdoor-focused ethos. Mentor and support practitioners to maintain high standards of care and education. Build strong relationships with children and families through clear communication and trust.
