GREENFIELD TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME
Scope:
Enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation — spanning Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Engagement (CE).
The Mission:
Lead the design and delivery of a greenfield D365 transformation, creating a fully connected business across Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience.
Drive automation, improve visibility, and enable smarter, data-led decision-making.
The Role:
* Lead end-to-end programme delivery across D365 F&O, SCM & CE
* Align technology, process, and people strategies to ensure adoption and value realisation
* Govern multi-phase delivery and stakeholder alignment across business functions
* Collaborate with leadership, delivery partners, and SMEs to embed change effectively
Ideal Profile:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale D365 F&O / SCM / CE transformations
* Strong grasp of ERP strategy, governance, and integration
* Skilled in stakeholder management and organisational change
* Confident leading complex, multi-stream programmes in fast-moving environments
