The role
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy office team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month assignment, to start immediately. This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable supporting the day-to-day running of an office environment. Key Responsibilities: * Providing general administrative support to the wider team * Managing reception duties and greeting visitors * Handling incoming and outgoing post * Booking hotels and arranging travel as required * Assisting with ad hoc office tasks and administration Requirements: * Previous administration experience is essential * Strong organisational and communication skills * Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems * Professional and reliable approach to work * Available to start immediately This is a temporary assignment to start immediately.
