Working Week: Mon-Fri 9am–6pm (may include some weekends)
Location: L39 2DN. This is an exciting role that will include engaging with customers and clients to provide prescription counter services, advice, housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and stock replenishment, and helping to deliver a variety of public health services whilst gaining a pharmacy qualification.
GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential, as can be provided as part of the course.
Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required.
Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship – ORMSKIRK. With this apprenticeship you will gain experience in retail, learn about over‑the‑counter medicines, assist in dispensing prescription medicines, order pharmaceutical stock, advise customers on OTC medication, and assist with minor ailments.
Salary: £8 per hour. Must live within 35 minutes of the pharmacy and be able to drive.
