Role Overview
Required to undertake duties as directed and respond to reactive requests, providing best practice in all cleaning activities carried out to uphold company values at all times and to meet contractual deliverables.
What you’ll do:
* Carry out cleaning tasks to ensure the agreed standards and prioritize workload.
* Report repairs noticed during cleaning duties.
* Respond promptly to any service shortfalls identified.
* Conduct daily maintenance on machinery (as trained) and report issues.
* Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed.
* Maintain adequate stocks of consumables in nominated cleaning stores and submit replenishment requests when necessary.
* Attend and complete training as required.
* Use chemicals and equipment as trained.
* Liaise with customers and clients professionally, escalating as required to ensure resolution.
* Always work safely, raising any health and safety risks or hazards.
* Keep equipment, consumables, and storage areas well organized.
Who You’ll Be:
* Previous experience of workplace cleaning would be an advantage.
* Good time keeping.
* Experience providing good customer service.
* Methodical and meticulous approach to work.
* Ability to read and speak English to ensure safe working practices are followed.
