SEN Teaching Assistant – Birmingham (B34)
Pay: £90–£120 per day (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, until end of academic year

Are you an enthusiastic and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role in a friendly and inclusive primary setting? We are recruiting for a dedicated TA to support pupils with a range of additional needs including reading difficulties such as dyslexia helping them grow in confidence and make strong academic progress.
The Role
Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND
Supporting children with dyslexia and other reading/learning difficulties
Adapting resources and activities to individual learning needs
Encouraging positive learning behaviours and independence
Assisting class teachers with tailored interventions and progress trackingWhat We’re Looking For
Experience supporting pupils with SEND (school or alternative setting)
