JOB DESCRIPTION Personal Assistant A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF I am a 27‑year‑old woman living in the Llandaff area of Cardiff. I am a wheelchair user and can independently operate my chair outdoors; the only support I require is manual handling to load and unload the wheelchair from the car. I enjoy an active lifestyle—I volunteer in a local charity shop at the weekend and regularly attend theatres, musical shows, and other entertainment venues. I have a strong passion for making the most of life, and I value support that enables me to do so safely, confidently, and independently. Seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Female assistant. PURPOSE OF JOB Providing one‑to‑one support during a variety of social and leisure outings. PLACE OF WORK My Home HOURS OF WORK 5 hours a week primarily during evenings and /or weekends, flexibility required, times to be discussed at interview. RATE OF PAY £14.00 an hour TASKS INVOLVED Assisting me in accessing the community to places of my choice Accompany me to Theatre Shows, Musical and other entertainments venues.
