A recognised law firm in central London are expanding with a new position for a motivated Secured Lending Paralegal to join their busy Banking & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within a high performing, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting solicitors with secured lending transactions
* Drafting and reviewing security documents and ancillary paperwork
* Conducting due diligence, searches, and document management
* Liaising with lenders, borrowers, and external counsel
* Managing post completion formalities, including registrations
* Maintaining accurate records and transaction checklists
About You
* Previous experience within secured lending, banking, finance, or commercial property
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proactive, team-oriented and eager to develop legal knowledge
* LPC/SQE or relevant legal qualification
