Your role with us:
The Royal Mint are in an exciting period of transformation and are seeking a Programme Manager to establish and lead the programme of work that enables our Collect and Precious Metals Invest business’ to change and thrive in a modern, technology enabled future.
As the Programme Manager you will play a central role in shaping and delivering change across our consumer division. You will champion transformation and ensure our change journey delivers real, measurable value.
We are looking for people who have:
* Proven Programme Management experience in organisational development and ideally in consumer / product development organisational change programmes.
* Confidence and experience working with Executive and senior level stakeholders
* A strong grasp of programme governance, budgeting, resource planning and risk control
* A solid understanding of change management practices and commercial business thinking
* A formal project management qualification such as Prince 2, MSP, etc.
