Salary: £35,–£45, + Performance Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
As Centre Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every client experience is seamless and memorable. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leadership & Team Development: Build, motivate, and support your on-site team.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
3. Client Relationship Management: Deliver outstanding service and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and contribute to commercial success.
5. Facilities Management: Maintain high standards across all physical spaces.

What You Bring
10. 5+ years in a client-facing, hospitality, or customer-focused role
11. Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. A background in operational processes and continuous improvement
14. Serviced office experience is a plus—but not essential. We value transferable skills and a desire to learn.
