Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work alongside class teachers to deliver creative and engaging lessons.
* Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to boost progress and confidence.
* Help prepare lesson resources and classroom materials.
* Monitor and provide feedback on pupils' academic and social development.
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - Candidate Requirements
We are looking for graduates who have:
* A 2:1 or higher degree in a core subject (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, Education Studies, or similar).
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
