Position: Multiskilled Operative
Location: Merchant City, Glasgow (Just a 5-minute walk from Argyle Street train station)
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: 16th February 2026
End Date: 18th February 2026
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hourly Rate: £12.60
What You'll Do:
Handling mail, couriers, and stationery tasks accurately.
Managing records and providing reprographics support.
Completing manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
Preparing documents for scanning by removing staples and fastenings.
Scanning mail and files into PDF format using high‑speed scanners.
Checking scanned documents to ensure they match the originals.
Receiving and sending courier deliveries.
Completing all tasks on time and to a high standard.
Working collaboratively and supporting the wider team.
Meeting targets and completing admin tasks as required.
Building positive relationships with customers.
Understanding customer needs and meeting deadlines in line with SLAs.
