We're now looking for a Transport Shift Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations!

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* To manage and lead a transport team on a key contract for DHL, day to day transport O'licence compliance
* Deliver team member performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as appropriate
* Manage all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints), including associated investigations, in line with HR policy
* Communicate with all internal and external colleagues in a polite and professional manner.
* Ensure all dispatch timeslots are adhered to at the planned departure times, ensure all transport plans are executed
* Contribute to continuous improvement in the areas of operating costs and service delivery
✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
* PRevious Transport Shift Manager Experience
* Experience with Microlise & TachnoMaster would be a bonus
* Hold an International CPC Qualification would be desirable, however not essential
* IT Literate, With Microsoft Office Packages
* Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
