Role Overview
Quest Employment are currently lookingfor a reliable and motivated Reach Truck Driverto join our warehouse team in Wellingborough. This role involves handling inbound and outbound stock, ensuring all goods are processed efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures and health & safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good physical fitness, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive, inspect, and check incoming book pallets and packages for quantity and condition
2. Accurately receipt, put away, and pick stock using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
3. Prepare outbound orders, including picking, packing, labelling, wrapping, and stowing goods for dispatch
4. Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, PPT) where licensed
