About the Role
Assistant Store Manager – a pivotal link between the Store Manager and the store team, shaping customer and team experiences in the community.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales and merchandising on and off plan.
* Lead daily huddles to communicate commercial objectives.
* Ensure products are priced, merchandised and maintained.
* Manage new colleague inductions and coaching.
* Provide a safe environment and enforce policies.
* Implement initiatives like ‘two is a queue’ for customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in retail leadership, strong customer service skills, and ability to manage a team and commercial objectives.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £26,000 + Benefits: Retail Management Bonus, apprenticeship, induction, 4‑week rota, holiday allowance up to 33 days, birthday day, family friendly benefits, in‑store discount 10%, exclusive colleague portal, employee assistance.
