The Role As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical works on a live National Grid substation project, ensuring tasks are delivered safely, efficiently and to required standards.
Responsibilities include: Supervising electrical activities across the site Ensuring all work adheres to National Grid safety rules and procedures Coordinating electrical trades and maintaining safe systems of work Monitoring progress and reporting issues to site management Managing permits, authorisations and daily documentation Supporting safety initiatives, toolbox talks and site briefings Essential Requirements NG Person authorisation (Mandatory) Manual Handling certification (Mandatory) Experience supervising electrical works Strong understanding of safety, permits and controlled-environment procedures Ability to lead and coordinate teams on high-risk infrastructure projects Desirable Skills Experience on National Grid or other high-voltage substations Strong electrical supervisory background Effective leadership and communication abilities What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
