Service Manager - Primary and Preventative Care Services, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership Primary and Preventative Care Services is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an innovative individual to the team in the role of Service Manager. Primary and Preventative Care Services comprises of a wide variety of services across Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, delivering care to patients through managed service arrangements as well as Primary and Community Care. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting General Practices in Fife, including Health Board Managed GP Practices together and also support to wider Primary Care Services. This opportunity offers an individual a chance to build upon existing experience across specific services areas, working with a range of clinical and non-clinical colleagues. You will have delegated responsibility for day-to-day operational service management, as well as engaging in service development work and driving innovation and change. You will be organised and adaptable, with a proven track record of service delivery, excellent people management skills and collaborative working.
