* Track and enhance store KPIs and operational processes to ensure maximum financial results.
* Contribute to an organized and visually appealing shop floor through inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

* Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
* Drive sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
* Lead and develop the shop floor team to ensure high performance, engagement, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.

* A proven track record of handling and resolving unexpected challenges efficiently and effectively.
* Demonstrated experience in a people leadership role with the ability to adapt management styles to various store colleague needs.
