Job Description
We are recruiting for 2 ambitious, driven, and caring Senior Care Professionals for our successful office. Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst & Orpington delivers exceptional quality, trusted care, and support to adults living in their own homes.
As a Senior Care Professional, you will promote all Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst & Orpington's core values and beliefs in every aspect of your role, from working with clients to mentoring Care Professionals.
This full-time role requires availability between 7am and 10pm on your working days, up to 39 hours a week. Overtime may be available.
Roles
The two roles are as follows:
* Role 1: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2 - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
* Role 2: Week 1 - Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and support to clients
* Work with team members to ensure client satisfaction
* Seek feedback from clients and families, recognize successes
* Conduct client introductions, assess training needs, mentor care staff
* Maintain accurate records, report issues to management
* Communicate effectively with the care team
* Liaise with healthcare professionals to meet client needs
* Share best practices and participate in team meetings
* Adhere to company policies and CQC regulations
Qualifications
* Minimum one year's experience in health and social care preferred but not essential if values align
* Level 2 QCF or equivalent in Health and Social Care preferred
* Passion for delivering excellent care
* Good organizational and leadership skills
* Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
