We are looking for dedicated
SEND / Unqualified Teaching Assistants
to join schools across the Blackpool area. This rewarding, full-time, term-time role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to reach their full potential.
What Youll Do:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including complex needs
Assist with personal care where required
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to implement learning activities
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Term-time only
Pay:
~£106 per day
About You:
Experience in support work, care work, or a similar role is highly desirable
Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs is valued
Comfortable providing personal care when needed
Patient, compassionate, and resilient
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
