Are you a Planner, Coordinator, or Design Studio Assistant experienced in mapping out project workflows?
We are looking for a Project Design Coordinator to join our client's in-house incredible Design Studio. As Project Design Coordinator, you’ll support the Studio Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing design briefs, allocating projects to designers, and tracking progress through to approvals and delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves organisation, structure, and workflow — a true studio assistant who keeps projects running smoothly and ensures deadlines are always in sight.
🔹 What You’ll Do
* Support the Studio Manager in planning and allocating design briefs across the creative team.
* Manage the workflow operating system — tracking jobs from brief through to approval.
* Keep timelines up to date, flag risks, and maintain strong communication with the Studio Manager.
* Liaise with wider teams (marketing, sales, product) while protecting the design studio’s focus.
* Ensure smooth progress of all creative projects — from packaging to photography, branding to video.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
* Highly organised, detail-driven and proactive.
* Confident planner who enjoys mapping timelines and processes.
* You must be happy working onsite five days a week, and due to the location, driving.
* Familiar with digital workflow tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com, PIM).
* Skilled at managing approvals and keeping multiple projects moving under pressure.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Experience working in or supporting a design studio, creative team, or similar environment.
