Duties:
* Reviewing drawings, contract documents, design information and other project documentation in order to estimate costs
* Sending out enquiries for Bills of Quantities
* Identifying gaps in the information to make allowances
* Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
* Use of Conquest software to send out enquiries and analyse returns
* Answer queries from the BoQs provider
* Manage an RFI tracker with the clients agents and / or design team members
* Review of company project benchmark data and keeping benchmark tracker up to date
* Work within the timescales of the tender period
* Input into the preconstruction programme maintained by the Preconstruction Manager to help manage preconstruction resources and plan tender opportunities
