You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about our Templespa products and experience in a high end Spa.
Main Duties-
1. Carrying out a range of Templespa treatments to a high standard
2. Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
3. Welcoming clients in to the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner
4. Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
5. Achieving retail targets
6. Building a regular client base
7. Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
