Clinical Leadership & Governance
* Act as Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Lead
* Produce IPC annual statement & lead audits
* Lead on CQC matters within your remit

Long‑Term Condition & Frailty Management

Qualifications
* RCN qualification
* NMC registration
Essential Skills
* Experience using a clinical software system

* Good written and spoken English
Desirable Skills
* Specialist qualification in Diabetes
* Qualification in Asthma
* Cytology trained taking smears/HPV
Experience

* Experienced in audit, governance and CQC standards
* Experience in an NHS GP Practice
* Experience using EMIS Web
* Committed to continuous improvement and education
