The opportunity
Reporting to the Group Integration Business Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the integration of newly acquired businesses and Trade & Assets into the Group’s HR and Payroll systems. This will include the accurate collation, validation, and transfer of required employee and integration data to support effective onboarding and transition.
The role is focused on supporting a structured and controlled handover of integrated businesses, Trades and Assets to the BAU Group HR and Payroll teams, ensuring data integrity, adherence to internal processes, and timely completion of integration activities.
In addition, you will support the ongoing administration of employee benefits, maintaining accurate records and assisting with joiner and leaver activity in line with company policies and agreed service standards.
This role has been created to support the continued growth and success of the business.
Key areas of responsibility include:
To support the TUPE process of newly acquired businesses
To support the harmonisation roll out
To support the collation of relevant DATA to allow the onboarding of employees into HR System
To support the roll out cascade to newly acquired business
To work with payroll team to support the transition of DATA from HR system to Payroll system.
To ensure all appropriate checks are completed in a timely manner
To support the handover to the BAU Group Payroll and HR team.
To support the wider team as and when required.
To ensure employee benefits records are kept up to date and the joiner/leaver action is completed in a timely manner.

An experienced administrator who has previously worked in a busy office.

Someone who is always looking to work smarter and more efficiently and who can bring fresh new ideas to the team.
Organised and able to prioritise working demands.
Able to work to strict deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work on supporting multiple projects / items and prioritise effectively.
Experience with HR administration is desirable.
Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision.
Ability to work quickly and calmly, especially under pressure and to short deadlines.
A team worker with a flexible approach, including the ability to request and offer support to other team members.
Excellent communication skills
Must be computer literate in Microsoft packages, especially Excel, and have impeccable attention to detail.
