You’ll play a key role in a large‑scale, tech‑enabled transformation programme, partnering with Business Architects and senior stakeholders to design seamless, future‑ready processes that deliver real customer and operational value.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading detailed business process design across multiple functional areas
* Translating high‑level operating models into actionable, effective processes
* Acting as the bridge between operational teams and technology
* Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and driving stakeholder alignment
* Providing thought leadership across process design, optimisation and governance
* Supporting implementation, testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Business Process Analyst
* Strong background in BPMN, process design and enterprise‑level transformation
* Skilled communicator who can influence and engage senior stakeholders
* Proficient in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS
* Excellent analytical mindset with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach
* Experience working closely with Business Architects and cross‑functional teams
