Role Overview
We are offering a unique opportunity for two professionals—Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or Experienced Paralegals—to join our Client Account Management team for client secondments. These secondments will vary in duration and can be part-time or full-time, depending on client needs, with a typical commitment of 28-35 hours per week. Candidates should be willing to travel to London or Glasgow, as most secondments will take place there, with some remote work flexibility. When not on secondment, you will manage your own caseload or assist with cases in teams such as Casualty, Motor, or Complex Injury.

Responsibilities
* Manage claims and provide expert guidance during client secondments.
* Handle your own caseload or assist with complex cases when not on secondment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Meet internal and client SLAs, KPIs, and protocols; achieve financial and non-financial targets; ensure prompt billing and MI provision.
* Support case strategy, apply current legal expertise, and manage risk and compliance issues.
* Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as an ambassador for the firm.
* Contribute to business development and client relationship activities as needed.
* Maintain and develop technical knowledge through training and reading.
Candidate Profile
* At least 3 years of experience as a solicitor, legal executive, or equivalent, preferably with Motor or EL/PL background and claims experience in England & Wales.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a good work ethic.
* High-quality work output with excellent attention to detail.
