We\'re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrator to support our dynamic and collaborative team to help us deliver safe, secure, and affordable homes across our communities. We\'re a not-for-profit housing association committed to providing quality homes and excellent service to our residents. Our Development Team plays a vital role in planning, delivering, and managing new housing projects—from concept to completion and beyond. As Development Team Administrator, you\'ll be central to keeping our projects and people on track. You\'ll be involved in a variety of different functions including new business, delivery, sales and aftercare.
Previous office experience with excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word and Excel) are a must, a team player who has good customer experience. You\'ll be able to take minutes, telephone calls, respond to emails and have fantastic organisational skills too.
Responsibilities
* Experience using and maintaining complex Excel documents
* Take minutes, manage telephone calls and respond to emails
* Respond to customer inquiries with excellent communication skills
* Prioritise own workload and work with little supervision
* Collaborate effectively as part of a team
* Support the Development Team with new business, delivery, sales and aftercare activities
Qualifications
* Essential: Experience using and maintaining complex Excel documents
* Essential: Excellent communication skills, including telephone, face-to-face, and written
* Essential: Self-starter with ability to prioritise own workload and work with little supervision
* Essential: Excellent organisational skills
* Essential: Experience of working as part of a team
* Desirable: Experience of work in the construction industry or property
* Desirable: Basic understanding of grant funding and affordable homes
* Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Desirable: Car owner and driver
* Desirable: Invoice processing and coding experience
* Desirable: Experience of dealing with complaints
* Desirable: Experience of dealing with customers
