What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Leo Burnett
Specific, we’ll need your help with:
1. End to end development and delivery of big, TTL campaigns
2. Expanding and pushing our work to channels and formats; social, content, activation, tactical/cultural
3. Owning the day to day detail and client relationships, with direct counterparts and stretching up to seniors (as appropriate)
4. Managing and supporting junior members of the team in their work and development
5. Overseeing production costs and fees across your workstreams

23. Demonstrate a strong sense of commercial responsibility - understanding the importance of POs and billing
24. Learn to treat client and agency money as if your own
25. Support pitch teams with financial administration - helping to track and protect costs.
Client
26. Represent the Agency in a professional manner at all times, with clients and external partners
27. Understand the landscape your client is operating in and the impact that has on their communication strategy as well as understanding their target audience, their relationship with the client’s brand and how this impacts messaging within a campaign
28. Articulate the different brand positions for your client’s key competitors
29. Constantly consider the small details of each client interaction, to ensure Leo’s is always striving for a better working environment
30. Practice front-foot account management, planning ahead, knowing your timings inside out, knowing the team’s movements and planning around these commitments to ensure smooth project delivery
31. Develop strong relationships with all client contacts
32. Have excellent attention to detail. Making it your mission to know the clients brand guidelines inside and out, ensuring all presentations are delivered to the correct standard
33. Support new business pitch teams with a can-do and proactive attitude
