We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HRteam supporting recruitment in France and UK. Based in Strasbourg France or Oxford UK, you will partner closely with assigned senior level stakeholders, acting as an advisor and taking ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from recruitment briefing meeting, advertising, sourcing, arranging interviews and making job offers, negotiating and agreeing final packages. The scope of recruitment will include from junior to director level roles, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
For assigned roles, you will partner with the hiring teams, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes:
1. Conduct a Recruitment Briefing Meeting with the Hiring Manager to ensure an understanding of the requirements of the vacancy and the interview process, providing guidance on the current candidate marketplace

2. Develop job adverts to post and advertise vacancies
3. Search and ‘headhunt’ candidates directly for niche roles
4. Build Talent Pools for specific high-volume roles
5. Promote the Employee Referral program and encourage internal development and movement
6. Advertise on LinkedIn and Job Boards, promoting the Employee Value Proposition
Assess
7. Review applications and assess suitability for open roles
8. Provide coaching and counselling to hiring managers to effectively support recruitment objectives and KPI’s
Measure
9. Keep abreast of market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates; coordinate with HR on salary offer considerations and equity concerns
10. Ensure the ATS and Tracker are kept up to date for reporting purposes
We are Looking For:
11. Demonstrable experience within a talent acquisition role with experience of driving and owning the end-to-end recruitment process, gained in an internal recruitment team
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & French is essential
13. A proven track record of direct hiring via creative solutions - reducing the overall cost of hire and time to hire
14. Strong stakeholder engagement skills
15. Good knowledge of legislation in the recruiting process both in the UK and France
16. Good organization skills with the ability to anticipate requirements, prioritize own workload and set daily/weekly objectives and targets. Has a sense of urgency
17. Strong attention to detail
18. Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
19. Proficient IT skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
20. Knowledge of effectively utilising an ATS system
