The responsibilities of the position include:
Welcoming customers and accurately identifying their vehicle service and repair needs
Providing timely updates throughout the service process to ensure customer satisfaction
Advising on additional work required and promoting relevant service and repair options
Working closely with workshop teams to coordinate effective operations and schedule completions
Preparing detailed cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services
Finalising invoices and processing customer payments efficiently
Supporting team members to uphold high standards of customer care and dealership professionalism
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
Knowledge of Kerridge or comparable management systems
Excellent IT skills alongside the ability to work independently
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repairs
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Full UK driving licence is essential
Confidence in estimating and evaluating vehicle repairs accurately
