Financial Controller SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a Birmingham based Manufacturing business in the recruitment of an experienced Financial Controller to lead the financial management, reporting, and control activities across multiple UK manufacturing sites. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring robust controls, and supporting operational excellence across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
