Youll play a hands on role in delivering our Culture and Engagement Strategy supporting recognition, internal communication, social value, and wellbeing initiatives that help everyone feel informed, connected, and proud to be part of our team.
Working closely with the People and Compliance teams, youll help embed culture across the entire employee journey - from onboarding and recognition to engagement and continuous improvement to reinforce shared culture and values.
We will offer the following package:
* Working hours: Monday Friday, 8.00am 5.00pm
* Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
