Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
We’re on the hunt for a brilliant Academy Project Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the smooth, day-to-day delivery of face-to-face and virtual training sessions delivered through our internal RTS Academy.
The role involves scheduling sessions, coordinating trainer and associate availability, booking resources, and managing all associated logistics, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Responsibilities also include hosting virtual classrooms and liaising with trainers, attendees, and associates to ensure a seamless learner experience.
This is your chance to play a key role in shaping exceptional learner experiences and work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, creative designers, and our client partners, to ensure each programme is delivered to our high standards.
There may also be opportunities to lead smaller training projects or support internal development initiatives.
