Principal Accountabilities
Overall
1. Drive an Integrated Planning framework, integrated with Reporting and Interdependencies focused on alignment of top down/bottom-up reporting from strategic levels, through Level 1 to Level 5 for the WIC scope of works within the nuclear island and conventional island & balance of plant areas .
2. Develop and maintain the WIC schedule baseline integrated work schedule (IWS) with fully logic-linked work plans aligned to the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and utilising effective techniques.
3. Supporting the Area management organisation to ensure that significant risks/opportunities associated with the WIC scope of works are adequately assessed based on evidence and balanced judgement to underpin regular, timely and accurate information.
4. Enable robust review, challenge of delivery & schedule level reporting that impacts overall Project level strategic delivery.
5. For the timely production and focussed updates of area Planning and Schedule reporting to key stakeholders, to a defined reporting cycle
