Role: PA / Senior Administrator

We are working exclusively with a successful and growing organisation who are seeking to recruit an experienced PA / Senior Administrator to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and 2 Managing Directors.
This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders, coordinating executive schedules, managing business priorities and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of management team activities.
Please note, this is a full time office based role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
Role and Responsibilities:
* As a PA / Senior Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management in particular diary, inbox and travel management
* Coordinate and prioritise appointments, meetings and commitments to ensure effective time management across the leadership team
* Organise UK and overseas travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries as required
* Arrange internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers, presentations and supporting documentation
* Attend meetings, take accurate minutes and distribute actions in a timely manner
* Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, refreshments and required resources
* Screen calls, emails and requests, ensuring effective communication flow and prompt responses
* Maintain accurate records, tracking systems and management information as required
* Provide support and cover for other administrative functions during periods of absence
* Support with personal life administration as required
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or PA is essential
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
* Strong diary and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional and confident approach with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
