Business Profile: Series B MedTech
The Challenge:
We’re hiring a Lead or Principal Product Manager to take ownership of customer experience across a complex, data-driven platform in the life sciences space. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on connecting fragmented workflows, improving collaboration, and delivering cohesive experiences across a portfolio of enterprise tools.
You'll be stepping into areas that haven’t had the right level of product ownership—your mission is to elevate them with clarity, craft, and care. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, and GTM to uncover pain points, lead product discovery, and ship high-leverage improvements.
This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands the needs of enterprise users, and brings a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
About You:
* You’ve owned major product initiatives or end-to-end products in B2B enterprise environments
* You’ve delivered real customer impact—commercial or qualitative—and can show how you measured it
* You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and working with incomplete datasets
* You’ve worked across a product portfolio and know how to build cohesive user experiences
* You have strong product discovery instincts and deep empathy for technical or enterprise users
* You likely have a technical background or are confident working in data-heavy, complex systems
* You take pride in your craft and are looking for a role that combines breadth, autonomy, and impact
