Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

£36,000 - £43,000 per annum (Experience based)

Requirements as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:
* Must Hold the P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
* Full and clean driving License
* Significant experience in conducting UKAS accredited asbestos surveys and air monitoring and 4 stage clearances to a high standard
* Ability to work at height and confined space
* Agreement to DBS check
Asbestos Surveyor Analyst Responsibilities:
* Conducting UKAS-accredited air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and asbestos surveys
* Working flexibly across company offices or client sites as required.
* Complying with quality assurance processes and support audit programmes.
* Ensuring legal obligations are met as a provider of asbestos services and employer
* Engaging in training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintaining technical expertise and sector awareness while meeting billing and productivity targets.
